Common questions
Where is iTops based?
iTops is based at 1/301 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch. We provide IT support and services to organisations throughout New Zealand, and to some Australian operations of our New Zealand clients.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. Clients with an afterhours support agreement can call outside those hours and select the option to be connected to our on-call engineer.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
You will always reach an experienced team member rather than a queue. Our service desk platform tracks every job raised with a complete history, so issues are picked up, escalated and reported on consistently.
