How our AI services can help you

Readiness assessment

Work out where AI is worth applying before you spend. We look at the recurring tasks that take the most time across your teams, measure how long they take now, and give you a short list of candidates with the reasoning behind each one, so you have something to compare against later.

Data and privacy review

This is the question that determines almost everything else. Client information held under contract, health data, anything covered by the Privacy Act 2020 — each has an answer, and the answer differs by product and by plan. We classify what you hold first, then match the tooling to it.

Identity, access and administration

AI tooling belongs inside the same identity and access management you use for everything else — single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and a proper joiner-mover-leaver process. We set it up so access is granted and removed with everything else, not left behind on a personal signup.

Acceptable use and staff training

A single page is plenty: which tasks it is encouraged for, which it is not, what must always be checked by a person before it goes out the door, and who to ask when someone is unsure. We write it with you and train your team on it, because guidance is cheaper than remediation.

Pilot and rollout

Start narrow, with one owner and a defined scope, somewhere it can safely fail. We run the pilot, review the organisational settings and what the tooling retains up front, and document what we change as we go, so the rollout that follows is a repeatable process rather than a one-off.

Review and measurement

Agree the check-in before you start; ninety days is about right. We come back to the tasks measured at the beginning and look at them honestly. Some will have improved and some won’t, and the second kind is the finding that saves you money.

Common questions

Where should we start with AI?

Not with the tooling. Pick two or three specific, recurring tasks that eat time, and measure how long they take now — you need something to compare against later. “Everyone else is doing it” is not a business case, and it won’t survive contact with your finance team.

What data is safe to use with AI tools?

It depends on what you hold and which product and plan you are on. Client information held under contract, health data and anything covered by the Privacy Act 2020 each have an answer. Get the classification right first, then choose the tool to match — doing it the other way around is how organisations end up unpicking a rollout six months in.

Do you use this yourselves?

Yes. We ran a structured 30-day rollout of Claude across our own business before taking a single recommendation to a client, including reviewing organisational settings, what the tooling retains, and domain verification. The documented process that came out of it is what we work from.

Whether it’s taking care of your everyday IT needs or you have a challenge to solve, we can help.
